Cprime Studios is looking for a Senior IT recruiter to join the team and help us recruit and build the development teams for our rapidly growing clientele


  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate for different IT positions using HR interviewing techniques
  • Maintain applicant tracking system by keeping applicant and job data current and up to date according to established procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining job posting on recruiting web sites
  • Build candidate network
  • Cultivate an active network of relationships inside and outside the company; relate well to candidates
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social networks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Availability to attend various recruiting and networking events
  • Handle job boards, postings, resume box and anything related to incoming responses


  • At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience within outsourcing or outstaffing models
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to: effective sourcing, pre-screening, reference checking, and closing through the offer stage
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other staffing technologies is required
  • Must be able to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Strong network of contacts and established industry relationships
  • Proven ability to engage candidates over the phone
  • Establish effective relationships with hiring managers/supervisors to determine expectations and requirements for positions
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to explore new sourcing techniques, creative ways to uncover and connect with IT candidates
